The special education workforce shortage requires more than traditional recruitment strategies; it requires a sustainable pipeline that develops, supports, and retains the next generation of special educators.
In this webinar, Ramona Lee will explore practical strategies for building a strong SPED workforce pipeline, from cultivating interest in special education careers and developing partnerships with educator preparation programs to creating meaningful pathways for paraprofessionals and supporting new educators as they enter the field.
Participants will leave with actionable ideas to strengthen recruitment, improve retention, and build a more resilient special education workforce.
