Our History

We understand the heavy burden that contract staffing places on Special Education departments and knew there had to be a better way, and that’s why BlazerWorks was created. With decades of experience in education staffing, BlazerWorks has been working with school districts across the country to alleviate the burdens that come with contract staffing.

Over the course of working with Special Education departments, we discovered that many school districts are suffering because of the teacher shortage which has caused difficulties in finding qualified general education professionals. Because of this, we have extended our services to include direct hiring for general education.
