Are there fees associated with participating as an MSP staffing agency partner?
Not all of our MSP Programs have a fee for suppliers. Supplier fees may vary based on district needs, volumes, supplier niche capabilities, and other considerations.

Working With the BlazerWorks Team and Systems
Who will be my point of contact at BlazerWorks?
Each supplier partner is assigned to a dedicated District Talent Specialist for the requisite school district(s). Your District Talent Specialist serves as your primary point of contact for day-to-day operations, including job requisitions, candidate submissions, and hiring workflow coordination.
In addition, a Supplier Partner Manager collaborates with your organization to identify strategic growth and expansion opportunities across BlazerWorks' national MSP network.
Does BlazerWorks utilize a Vendor Management System (VMS)?
Yes. All job orders, candidate submissions, timesheets, and credential documentation are managed through our VMS platform. This ensures a centralized, secure, and transparent experience for suppliers and school districts alike.
Data Protection and District Participation
How does BlazerWorks protect candidate information?
BlazerWorks takes candidate privacy and data security seriously. Our MSP and VMS platforms are designed with robust security protocols. Candidate's contact information is not stored in internal databases, and all credential documentation is securely housed within the VMS on encrypted, access-controlled servers.
