Our client was facing a particular challenge of ongoing and high-volume needs for paraprofessionals. With a growing demand for support staff, particularly in Pennsylvania, where paraprofessional shortages are common, the district needed a more strategic and reliable solution with decreased administrative burden for their internal staff.
