Julie is a proven leader with more than 17 years of experience in recruiting, marketing, and staffing, dedicated to supporting school districts and education partners. As Program Director at BlazerWorks, she provides strategic leadership across key initiatives, district partnerships, and account management teams, helping deliver high-quality managed solutions that supports leaders and educators, and drives student success.

Known for building high-performing teams and strengthening client relationships, Julie has played a key role in advancing operational excellence across the organization. She has led major initiatives and provided strategic oversight for one of our primary locations, contributing to sustained growth and service consistency.

As a mother of four, including three children with IEPs and 504 plans, Julie brings a deeply personal connection to the mission of education staffing. Her perspective reinforces her commitment to ensuring schools have the right professionals in place to make a lasting difference for students and families.
