Kim Gottschalk

Recognized for building high-performing teams and delivering innovative workforce solutions, Kim brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience in staffing, strategy, and operations to BlazerWorks. As Senior Vice President of Fulfillment, she leads the delivery strategy that connects school districts with high-quality education professionals, leveraging technology and an extensive talent network to support strong outcomes for districts and students.

Kim began her career in public accounting before transitioning into the staffing industry, where she discovered a passion for helping organizations build effective teams and professionals find meaningful careers. Prior to joining BlazerWorks, she spent more than two decades as a senior leader at a Fortune Global 500 staffing firm, growing and leading national sales and delivery teams while earning recognition for her commitment to learning and innovation.

Her experience includes advising clients on workforce strategy across industries such as education, healthcare, accounting, human resources, and marketing—consistently helping organizations meet hiring demands and achieve long-term growth.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Saint Xavier University and is based in Chicago, supporting teams in both Atlanta and Tampa. She brings a collaborative, people-first approach to leadership and is deeply passionate about the work she and her teams deliver.
