With nearly two decades of experience in education staffing and managed services, Meryt brings deep expertise in client strategy, special education workforce solutions, and district partnerships to her role as Senior Vice President at BlazerWorks. She leads the Account Management organization, overseeing client relationships and ensuring consistent delivery of MSP solutions that help school districts secure high-quality, compliant professionals while strengthening service continuity and long-term partnership value.

Meryt provides strategic leadership across client portfolios,setting performance standards and driving accountability to optimize outcomes for districts, suppliers, and students. She partners closely with internal operations and service teams to anticipate district needs, mitigate risks, and deliver staffing strategies aligned with evolving priorities, particularly within complex special education environments.

Throughout her career, Meryt has held senior leadership roles spanning account management, brand leadership, and market expansion. She played a pivotal role in launching a telepractice platform that expanded access to special education services through remote delivery, helping districts overcome staffing shortages while maintaining compliance, quality, and continuity of care.

Meryt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida State University and an MBA from The University of Tampa. She is driven by the opportunity to strengthen the systems that support students with the greatest needs and is proud to have helped districts transition from reactive staffing challenges to sustainable, accountable workforce models that improve consistency, quality, and trust.
