Dr. Pedro Olvera, Psy.D., L.E.P. is a highly skilled school psychologist who specializes in assessing English learners, home-school collaboration, teletherapy, and providing mental health services to help students adjust to their school environment. As a School Psychology Advisor at BlazerWorks, Dr. Pedro enjoys supporting the professional development of his colleagues and working alongside school district personnel to improve educational outcomes for children.

Dr. Olvera has over 22 years of experience as a bilingual school psychologist in public and private settings. He is also a published writer and teaches coursework at Cal Baptist University in Riverside, CA, in assessing ELLs, cognitive assessment, and enhancing collaboration with culturally and linguistically diverse (CLD) families. In addition, he provides clinical support and professional development support with VocoVision for clinicians in tele-practice.
