Deb has a deep understanding of the current educational climate and the diverse needs of students in the classroom. In her role as a Special Education Advisor, she is eager to bring her expertise and passion for education to others.
With over 34 years of experience working with students in various educational settings, including extensive work with students facing behavioral challenges, she is excited to share her knowledge with you.
In addition to extensive classroom experience, she has trained hundreds of educators on strategies to manage behavior and foster student engagement.
Her greatest strength is her ability to mentor and support educators in all positions as they navigate the challenges and rediscover their own passion. It is her desire to help them remember why they chose this path in the first place.
Deb earned her degree in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida. She holds certifications in Elementary Education 1-6, Pre-K Primary, Physical Education K-12, ESOL, and Exceptional Student Education K-12.
