Get to Know Colleen
Colleen is an experienced speech-language pathologist with a focus on pediatric speech and language disorders, autism, and alternative augmentative communication (AAC). In her role as a Speech Therapy Advisor at BlazerWorks, Colleen is passionate about providing support, education and resources to speech-language therapists, and other education professionals, to help them provide exceptional services in their current assignment and overall career.
Colleen brings nine years of experience working with children ages preschool through eighth grade in several settings including public schools, teletherapy, and private practice. Her wide variety of experience allows her to cultivate solutions for school professionals and students across a variety of age ranges, abilities, and learning environments.
Colleen earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology, as well as her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. Colleen has held her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech- Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) since 2015. She has held her New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology license since 2016. In addition, she is a member of the New Jersey Speech-Language-Hearing Association (NJSHA).
